1.3D multi axis laminated BOM felt

The warp and weft lines of the third generation of BOM are all vertical. Under the condition of high line pressure, the mesh and the mesh will be embedded in each other, which greatly reduces the pressure resistance and water holding space of the felt. The felt is easy to harden, the ability of continuous dehydration is weak, and the service life will be shortened.

In the fourth generation of BOM, the warp and weft of the 3D multi axial laminated BOM are not woven in a traditional 90 degree cross, but in a special angle. According to the needs of the paper machine, the mesh layer of the felt can be stacked into various forms such as x + y or x + y + z, so that the warp and weft lines of each layer of the mesh are not likely to be pressed into each other after overlapping, so it has higher resistance to high line pressure, faster acceleration and lower steam consumption.

This series of felts can resist pressure up to 1200kn/m, working speed is 400-1200mpm, and weight range is 1200-2000gsm. The utility model has the advantages of stable structure, superior compressive performance, strong continuous dehydration ability, large strength, flat felt surface, not easy to deform, long service life, etc.

2.Non-woven laminated felt

Non-woven laminated felt refers to the felt whose warp-wise and broad-wise yarn of base are paved by thickness with special technique instead of weaving ( different from traditional waving mesh . According to needs of paper machine , the base of felt can be folded to “ -- + l” ( two layers, where -- and I represent horizontal and vertical respectively ) , or “ I + -- + I “ ( three layers ) , etc. Because there is no interweaving point between warp and weft , this series of felt has higher surface smoothness , resilience and higher density .

This series of felts have the characteristics of low vacuum energy consumption, high paper dryness, stable operation of paper machine and long service life. It is mainly used in high-speed paper machine with compound press, jumbo press and other forms to make all kinds of high-grade cultural paper, cardboard and other paper types.
