Early stage: the technical service engineer will go to the site to collect the technical parameters of the paper machine, understand in detail the characteristics and use of the existing felts, customer needs and problems to be solved, and provide technical support for the design and production of felts.

Medium term: follow up the use of felts in every part of the machine. The applicability of felts in the early stage is our focus. The pressure resistance, dehydration, wear resistance, permeability and durability of the felt are tracked by various instruments.

Later stage: in the later stage of felt use, it is important to understand the change of felt permeability after online cleaning and shutdown cleaning. Through the failure analysis, the strength, pressure resistance and wear resistance of the felt are studied, which provides technical support for optimizing the felt.
